2025年10月29日，“美维口腔医疗集团第八届病例大赛”在热辣的山城重庆拉开大幕。美维口腔创始合伙人兼CEO朱丽雅女士携各集团高管、全国各事业部总经理及医生代表、业界嘉宾一同出席本次大赛。

作为集团年度核心学术活动，本届大赛以“多学科联合诊疗·青年医生成长计划”为主题，首次将参赛主体聚焦于新进年轻医生群体，通过多学科实战案例竞技、全科思维深度碰撞，为青年医师搭建起从“单一技能”向“综合诊疗”跨越的成长阶梯。经过层层甄选拔擢，来自全国各事业部的27位精英选手脱颖而出汇聚江城，向大家汇报了他们近年来的医疗实战成果，并向专家评委们更好地学习诊疗经验，为今后的医学诊疗扎实根基。

On October 29, 2025, the 8th Case Competition of Brightway Dental Medical Group kicked off in Chongqing, the spicy mountain city. Ms. Zhu Liya, Founding Partner and CEO of Brightway Dental, together with group executives, general managers of various national business divisions, doctor representatives and industry guests, attended the competition.As a core annual academic event of the group, this competition was themed "Multidisciplinary Combined Diagnosis and Treatment · Youth Doctor Development Program". For the first time, participants were focused on newly recruited young doctors. Through multidisciplinary practical case competitions and in-depth clashes of general practice thinking, it built a growth ladder for young doctors to transform from "single skills" to "comprehensive diagnosis and treatment".After layers of selection, 27 elite contestants from various national business divisions stood out and gathered in the river city. They presented their practical medical achievements in recent years, learned diagnosis and treatment experience from expert judges, and laid a solid foundation for their future medical practice.

为保证赛事评选的公平、公正以及专业学术氛围，本次大赛特别邀请到通策牙学院院长，历任武汉大学口腔医学院教授、博导、科室主任、学科首席专家；兼任中华口腔医学会口腔激光医学专委会副主委、牙体牙髓病学专委会常委；更是国务院政府特殊津贴获得者、卫生部有突出贡献中青年专家——彭彬教授等重量级嘉宾出任本届大赛评委导师，为参赛选手及在线观看的年轻医生们指点迷津。

To ensure a fair, impartial and professionally academic judging process, the competition specially invited heavyweight guests including Professor Peng Bin to serve as judges and mentors.Professor Peng Bin is Dean of Tongce Dental Academy, former Professor, PhD Supervisor, Department Director and Chief Discipline Expert of the School and Hospital of Stomatology, Wuhan University. He also serves as Vice Chairman of the Professional Committee on Laser Dentistry and Standing Committee Member of the Professional Committee on Cariology and Endodontics of the Chinese Stomatological Association. He is a recipient of the Special Government Allowance of the State Council and an Outstanding Young and Middle-aged Expert of the Ministry of Health.They offered valuable guidance to the participating contestants and young doctors watching online.

与往届大赛相比，本次比赛着重关注新进年轻医生的成长，参赛医生中超80%为入职3年内的青年医生，病例覆盖口腔种植、正畸、美学修复、牙周治疗等多个领域，全面映射口腔医学临床实践的技术广度与病例复杂度。参赛医生以高度专业的竞技状态，通过逻辑清晰的 PPT 演示与精准生动的现场汇报，围绕六大核心维度展开深度分享。具体包括患者核心诉求解析、既往病史系统梳理、个性化治疗方案设计、标准化诊疗流程实施、中长期预后效果评估及患者满意度反馈。

这一过程不仅集中展现了医生们扎实的理论功底与成熟的临床操作能力，更传递出其对口腔医学领域的专业专注与职业热忱，且在诊疗方案设计、医患沟通等环节中，充分融入人文关怀理念，实现了技术专业性与人文服务性的有机统一。

Compared with previous competitions, this one focused on the growth of newly recruited young doctors. More than 80% of participants were young doctors who had been employed for less than three years. Cases covered dental implantation, orthodontics, aesthetic restoration, periodontal treatment and other fields, fully reflecting the technical breadth and case complexity of clinical practice in stomatology.With a highly professional competitive attitude, participating doctors delivered in-depth presentations around six core dimensions through logically clear PPT displays and precise and vivid on-site reports. These included analysis of patients' core demands, systematic review of past medical histories, design of personalized treatment plans, implementation of standardized diagnosis and treatment procedures, evaluation of medium and long-term prognosis, and feedback on patient satisfaction.This process not only demonstrated the doctors' solid theoretical foundation and mature clinical skills, but also conveyed their professionalism and dedication to the field of stomatology. Moreover, humanistic care was fully integrated into treatment planning, doctor-patient communication and other links, achieving an organic integration of technical expertise and humanistic service.

现场专家评委们亦是凭借丰富的临床经验和深厚的学术造诣，对参赛病例一一进行了全面、细致的评审，围绕病例质量、难易程度、治疗效果、诊疗思维、学术价值及汇报完整度、问答逻辑性等多个维度做出专业、深入的询问、点评和指导，分析优势的同时也指出了年轻医生病例中的不足，为选手们的成长指明了精进方向。专家导师们妙语连珠、金句不断，让比赛现场充满欢笑。

经过激烈角逐，武汉清华阳光口腔2位骨干医师表现优异，熊瑶医生荣获大赛三等奖、李娟医生荣获大赛优秀奖。

On-site expert judges, relying on their rich clinical experience and profound academic attainments, conducted comprehensive and detailed reviews of each participating case. They made professional and in-depth inquiries, comments and guidance around multiple dimensions such as case quality, difficulty level, treatment effect, diagnosis and treatment thinking, academic value, report completeness and Q&A logic. While analyzing the advantages, they also pointed out the deficiencies in the cases of young doctors, pointing out the direction of improvement for the contestants' growth. The expert mentors were witty and full of insightful remarks, filling the competition venue with laughter.After fierce competition, two backbone doctors from Wuhan Tsinghua Sunshine Dental performed excellently. Dr. Xiong Yao won the third prize of the competition, and Dr. Li Juan won the Excellence Award.Tsinghua Sunshine Dental has always adhered to the medical tenet of "medical ethics as the foundation and medical skills as the root".
