认真踏实做医疗，美维一直在路上——第六届美维口腔病例大赛成功举办

古语云：“夫医者，医非博不能通，非通不能精，非精不能专。必精而专，始能由博而约。”古往今来，对于医者的专业技术都有极高的要求。为提高医生专业素养，提升医疗质量，在这个缤纷绚烂的春天，美维口腔医疗集团一年一度的口腔盛事——第六届病例大赛如约而至。

As an ancient saying goes: "For medical practitioners, one cannot achieve thorough understanding without extensive knowledge, nor attain proficiency without thorough understanding, nor gain true expertise without proficiency. Only by being proficient and specialized can one distill broad knowledge into concise mastery." From ancient times to the present, extremely high standards have always been set for the professional skills of medical workers. To enhance doctors’ professional competence and improve medical service quality, M-Well Dental Group’s annual flagship event—the 6th Clinical Case Competition—kicks off as scheduled in this vibrant and beautiful spring.

本次大赛共收到来自全国各事业部的77份病例，经专家甄别复选层层选拔后，其中23例精品病例突出重围，各参赛选手齐聚江城，互相交流探讨，向专家评委们学习技术经验，不断提升专业医疗技术并更好地服务于患者。

A total of 77 clinical cases were submitted by various business divisions across the country for this competition. After rigorous screening and multi-round selection by expert judges, 23 high-quality cases stood out. Contestants gathered in the River City to exchange and discuss ideas, learn professional skills and experience from the expert judges, continuously improve their clinical expertise, and deliver better medical services to patients.

为保证赛事评选的公平、公正以及专业学术氛围，本次大赛特别邀请到武汉大学口腔医院知名专家、主任医师、博士研究生导师、国际牙医师学院院士、中华口腔修复学专委会前任主任委员、湖北省第一届医学领军人才、武汉大学杰出珞珈学者、武汉大学口腔医院修复科首席专家王贻宁教授，山东大学医学博士、主任医师、博士生导师、国际牙医师学院院士张东升教授，武汉大学口腔医学院正畸学硕士研究生导师、武汉大学口腔医院副主任医师、香港大学牙医学院博士、中华口腔医学会正畸专委会委员、湖北省口腔医学会口腔美学专委会委员、中华医学会医疗美容分会牙科美容学组委员刘志坚教授等专家出任评委导师，为更多年轻医生们指点迷津。

To ensure the fairness, impartiality and professional academic atmosphere of the competition, this event has specially invited distinguished experts as judge mentors to offer professional guidance for young dentists.The expert panel includes:Professor Wang Yining from the School and Hospital of Stomatology, Wuhan University, who is a renowned specialist, chief physician, doctoral supervisor, Fellow of the International College of Dentists, former Chairman of the Prosthodontics Committee of the Chinese Stomatological Association, the first batch of Leading Medical Talents in Hubei Province, Outstanding Luojia Scholar of Wuhan University, and Chief Expert of the Prosthodontics Department of Wuhan University Stomatological Hospital;Professor Zhang Dongsheng, Doctor of Medicine, chief physician and doctoral supervisor of Shandong University, as well as Fellow of the International College of Dentists;Professor Liu Zhijian, postgraduate supervisor of Orthodontics at Wuhan University School of Stomatology, associate chief physician of Wuhan University Stomatological Hospital, Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Hong Kong, member of the Orthodontics Committee of the Chinese Stomatological Association, member of the Dental Aesthetics Committee of Hubei Stomatological Association, and member of the Dental Aesthetics Group of the Medical Aesthetics Branch of the Chinese Medical Association.

The competition officially kicked off under the hosting of Dr. Luo Gang, Chief Medical Officer of M-Well Dental Group. Ms. Zhu Liya, Founding Partner and CEO of M-Well Dental Group, attended the event together with senior management executives, general managers of national business divisions and dentists’ representatives. Following established practice, the competition was broadcast live online in real time, enabling medical staff from various business divisions who could not attend on-site to participate, communicate and learn remotely.

4月26日上午为正畸儿牙组的比拼，下午为全科种植组的角逐。参赛作品涵盖口腔治疗中多个领域，包含成人骨性二类&三类错颌拔牙矫治、安氏一类&二类骨性错颌矫治、生理性支抗Spee氏矫治系统治疗III类错颌、“红白”美学修复、上颌窦四周剥离内提、全口咬合重建修复、磨牙区牙髓治疗后冠部修复等涉及多学科联合治疗的病例。

The morning of April 26 featured competitions in the Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry group, while the General Dentistry and Implantology group competed in the afternoon.The entries covered a wide range of disciplines in oral treatment, including extraction-based correction of skeletal Class II & III malocclusion in adults, treatment of Angle Class I & II skeletal malocclusion, correction of Class III malocclusion with the Physiological Anchorage Spee System, red-white esthetic restoration, peri-sinus dissection and internal sinus lifting, full-mouth occlusal rehabilitation, and coronal restoration of molars after endodontic therapy, as well as other multidisciplinary collaborative treatment cases.

各参赛选手准备充分，以饱满的精神面貌、专业的态度和缜密的思维，从病例书写规范以及病例先进性、科学性以及治疗效果、患者满意度等各方面进行详尽的病例解析，分享各自的治疗经验及心得。专家评委围绕病例质量、病例难度、治疗效果、诊疗思维、学术价值及汇报完整度、问答逻辑性等多个维度做出专业、深入的询问、点评和指导，对病例优势给予充分肯定的同时对不足之处也提出指正，为年轻医生今后的病例诊疗提供新思路与新方向。

All contestants were fully prepared. With high spirits, professional attitudes and rigorous thinking, they delivered detailed case analyses from multiple dimensions, including standardized case documentation, advancement and scientific rationality of treatment plans, clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction, while sharing their unique treatment experience and insights.The expert judges conducted in-depth professional inquiries, comments and guidance focusing on case quality, technical difficulty, curative effects, clinical thinking, academic value, presentation completeness and Q&A logic. They fully recognized the strengths of each case, pointed out existing deficiencies, and provided new ideas and directions for the future clinical practice of young dentists.

“以患者为中心固然很重要，但我们作为专业的口腔医生，更应该加强跟患者的沟通，站在专业的角度大胆提出建议、引导患者选择更适合的方案进行诊治，尽可能缩短治疗时间，更快更好的重塑健康口腔。”尽管年轻医生的表现仍然不甚完美，但专家评委对美维医生们的专业化表现及认真负责的态度给予了充分肯定，纷纷表示参与此次美维口腔病例大赛改变了他们以往的“刻板印象”，对民营口腔在医疗方面的高技术水平与规范、严谨产生了极大改观，也让他们看到美维对学术、对医生培养的重视，让年轻医生有更广阔的成长空间，相信在大家的共同努力下，民营口腔各方面的技术会不断进步提升，整个口腔行业的未来也会越来越好。

"Putting patients at the center is undoubtedly important. Yet as professional dentists, we should further strengthen communication with patients. From a professional perspective, we need to offer well-founded suggestions proactively, guide patients to choose the most suitable treatment plans, shorten the treatment cycle as much as possible, and restore oral health in a more efficient and effective way."Though the young doctors still have room for improvement, the expert judges spoke highly of their professional performance and earnest, responsible work attitude. They mentioned that the M-Well Dental Case Competition has broken their stereotypes of private dental institutions. Their perceptions have been greatly renewed regarding the high medical standards, standardized procedures and rigorous clinical management in private dentistry.The event also fully demonstrated M-Well’s emphasis on academic development and physician training, providing broad room for young practitioners to grow. It is believed that with joint efforts, the technical capabilities of the private dental sector will keep improving, and the oral healthcare industry will embrace a brighter future.

在大赛的最后，美维口腔创始合伙人兼CEO朱丽雅女士为在座的年轻医生分享了维乐口腔首席种植官翟建博院长早期的一例全科病例，以此为例鼓励大家认真对待每一个病例，要住日常诊疗中的每一个细节，认真细致做好每一步，在未来的诊疗过程中无论是对于技术提升还是跟患者的沟通都能收获超出预期的效果。

At the end of the competition, Ms. Zhu Liya, Founding Partner and CEO of M-Well Dental Group, shared an early general dentistry case by Dean Zhai Jianbo, Chief Implantologist of Weile Dental, with the young doctors present. Taking this case as an example, she encouraged everyone to take every clinical case seriously, pay close attention to every detail in daily diagnosis and treatment, and do every step carefully and meticulously. She emphasized that in future clinical practice, both technical improvement and communication with patients will yield results beyond expectations if they maintain such a rigorous attitude.
